This site describes the studio's services, their indicative prices and how they work, and lets you book an appointment. It is not a shop: no products are sold and no services are charged for within the site itself.

Niospa's services are cosmetic, not medical. They are not a medical procedure or a diagnosis, they do not replace consulting a healthcare professional, and they do not treat any illness or skin condition.

The information published here — treatment descriptions, aftercare, contraindications and FAQs — is provided for information only. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are undergoing any treatment, speak to your doctor before booking.

The studio works by appointment only. Bookings are handled through the Square platform, which is also subject to its own terms.

Each appointment blocks several hours in the calendar of a studio run by a single artist, which is why the 48-hour window is applied strictly.

Prices shown on this site are indicative and serve as a reference. The final price of each service is confirmed in the booking calendar and, where the case calls for it, at the consultation: factors such as the starting condition of the skin or hair, correcting previous work, or the number of sessions required may change it.

Prices may be updated at any time. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of booking.

Results vary from person to person. They depend on skin type, hair quality and growth cycle, age, metabolism, medication, sun exposure and — decisively — on following the aftercare.

The photographs published are real work from this studio and show results achieved by specific clients: they are not a guarantee of results in any other case. In micropigmentation, the number of sessions required and how long the colour lasts cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Every treatment is preceded by an assessment and the signing of the relevant informed consent. It is the client's responsibility to give accurate information about their health, allergies, medication, recent dermatological treatments and any other relevant circumstance.

The studio may decline or postpone a service where a contraindication exists, where the skin is not in suitable condition, or where a safe result cannot be assured. If that happens, the reason will be explained and a suitable alternative offered.

Micropigmentation services (microblading, powder brows and lip blush) are performed only on clients aged 18 or over. Photo identification may be requested.

The text, photographs, trade marks and design elements on this site belong to its owner or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.

Result photographs are published with the consent of the people appearing in them.

This site links to third-party services — the Square booking platform, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps — which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The owner does not control and is not responsible for their content or availability.

The owner takes care to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of typographical errors or that the site will be available without interruption.

Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This legal notice and the service terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States of America, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Orange County, Florida.
