Eyebrow mapping & shaping

Map the arch first. Remove the hair second.

  • Measured design
  • 40 minutes
  • No healing time

Waxing isn't about removing hair: it's about deciding where your brow starts, peaks and ends. Before any wax, the design is drawn on your face, measured to your features and approved by you. Only what falls outside that shape comes off. It takes 40 minutes, needs no healing time, and visibly opens up your eyes.

Procedure

How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Brow mapping

Start, peak and tail are measured against your bone structure and your real symmetry, not a template.

  2. 2

    Design approval

You see it drawn on your face before we begin. Anything you're unsure about is adjusted right there.

  3. 3

    Skin prep

The area is cleansed and protected so the wax acts on hair, not on skin.

  4. 4

    Waxing

Hair outside the design is removed section by section, controlling temperature and growth direction.

  5. 5

    Detail & soothe

Tweezers for what wax shouldn't touch, a soothing product and final styling.

Benefits

What you gain

Open gaze: a clean line under the arch visually lifts the eyelid instantly.
Real symmetry: we correct the asymmetry you actually have instead of copying the other side.
Smooth finish: wax removes hair from the root, including the fine hair tweezers miss.
Quick: 40 minutes and you're done, with no downtime.
Who it's for

The right choice if…

  • You shape them at home and the form has drifted over time.
  • You want a tidy base before considering micropigmentation.
  • One brow sits higher or shorter than the other and you want them balanced.
  • You want upkeep every 3–4 weeks with the same person and the same standard.
  • You want a visible change with no pigment, no needles and no healing.
Preparation

The days before your appointment

What to do
Come as you are: don't shape or tidy them the week before.
Let the hair reach at least 3–4 mm so the wax can grip it.
Tell us if you use retinol, acids or any dermatological treatment on your face.
What to avoid
· Retinol, acids or exfoliants in the area for 5 days prior: skin lifts with the wax.
· Heavy sun exposure or tanning beds 48 h before.
· Chemical peels or facial laser within the previous 2 weeks.
· Tweezing at home 'to help': it takes away design margin.
Not recommended

When this isn't your treatment

Wax isn't applied on compromised skin. The service isn't performed in these cases:

  • Isotretinoin (Accutane) within the last 6 months · skin lifts with the wax
  • Retinoids or acids applied to the area in the last 5 days
  • Sunburn, dermatitis or an open wound in the area
  • Recent chemical peel or facial laser (less than 2 weeks)
  • Micropigmentation still healing · we wait until the skin has closed

Where your design sits

Clean and natural by default: your density is respected and only what breaks the shape comes off. For a sharper arch, we decide at the mapping stage.

Aftercare

Care timeline

  1. First 2 h Redness is normal

The skin may stay pink. It settles on its own; if it bothers you, gentle cold on the area.

  2. First 24 h No heat, no makeup

No sauna, hard workouts, pool or makeup over the waxed area.

  3. Days 2–3 Moisturize

A gentle acid-free cream supports follicle recovery.

  4. Week 1 Brush daily

Brushing keeps the growth direction and the shape we designed.

  5. Weeks 3–4 Upkeep

Time to come back: new growth can be removed while keeping the same design.

With upkeep every 3–4 weeks the shape holds and each session gets shorter.

What to avoid the first 24 hours
· Direct sun, sauna and steam the first 24 hours.
· Makeup over the area the same day.
· Exfoliants, retinol and acids for the following 3 days.
· Touching or scratching the area.
· Tweezing at home between appointments: it undoes the design.

FAQ

Brow waxing questions

Does it hurt?

The wax is felt for a second or two per section and fades immediately. The area stays pink for a while and is calmed with product during the appointment itself.

How often should I come back?

Every 3 to 4 weeks. That's the cycle where new growth is long enough to remove without breaking the shape.

Will you take off too much?

Only what falls outside the design you approve before we start. If your brows are sparse the strategy is the opposite: remove little and grow them out with direction.

Can I wax if I have micropigmentation?

Yes, once the skin has healed. It's actually recommended: hair outside the pigmented design muddies the result.

Wax or tweezers?

Both. Wax does the bulk of the work and clears fine hair; tweezers finish the outline where wax shouldn't go.
