Preparation
The days before your appointment
What to do
✓ Sleep well and hydrate the day before.
✓ Have breakfast before your appointment: it lowers sensitivity.
✓ Bring photos of brows you like, if you have references.
What to avoid
· Alcohol and caffeine 24 h before (they increase bleeding).
· Aspirin or ibuprofen 48 h before, unless medically prescribed.
· Retinol or acids on the area 2 weeks before.
· Intense sun, tanning or brow waxing the week before.
Not recommended
When this isn't your treatment
Microblading isn't for everyone, and telling you beforehand is part of the job. It is not performed in these cases:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Uncontrolled diabetes · it affects healing
- Blood thinners or clotting disorders
- Active oncology treatment · check with your doctor first
- Very oily skin or open pores in the area · strokes blur; Powder Brows works better
- Keloids or hypertrophic scarring

Brows look darker and more defined than they will stay. That's normal.
- Days 4–7 Flaking
The skin flakes in fine scales. Don't scratch or pick.
- Days 8–14 Light color
The pigment seems to fade. It's settling under the skin.
- Week 4 True color
The final tone emerges evenly.
- Week 6 Touch-up
Density and color adjustment, included in the price.

What to avoid while healing
· Getting the area wet the first 7 days (shower carefully).
· Makeup on the brow for 10 days.
· Pool, sauna and heavy sweating for 2 weeks.
· Direct sun; afterwards, daily sunscreen.
· Scratching or picking the flakes.

Microblading questions
Microblading or Powder Brows: which one is for me?
Microblading if you want the most natural finish and your skin is normal or dry. Powder Brows if your skin is oily, you like a soft makeup finish, or a previous microblading blurred. We decide at the consultation with your skin in front of us.
Can I do it over old microblading?
It depends on how much pigment remains and its color. Bring photos or come to the consultation: sometimes we work on top, sometimes it's better to wait or consider Powder Brows.
Will my natural brow hairs fall out?
No. Strokes are placed between your natural hair without damaging the follicle. Your brow keeps growing as always.
Can I wear makeup and work out afterwards?
Light exercise from day 3; heavy sweating and pool at 2 weeks. Makeup on the rest of the face from day 1, on the brow after 10 days.
What if I skip the 6-week touch-up?
The touch-up completes the work: it evens density and locks the color. Without it, the result can heal unevenly and last less. It's included in the price, don't lose it.
