Preparation
The days before your appointment
What to do
✓ Arrive with clean eyes, no makeup or creams in the area.
✓ If you wear contacts, bring your case to remove them.
✓ Allow time: you'll be lying down comfortably for about two hours.
What to avoid
· Waterproof mascara 48 h before (it leaves residue that affects adhesion).
· Lash curler 24 h before.
· Coffee right before the appointment: it increases blinking.
· Eye treatments the week before, unless medically indicated.
Not recommended
When this isn't your treatment
Extensions aren't for everyone, and telling you beforehand is part of the job. They are not applied in these cases:
- Active conjunctivitis or blepharitis · it must be treated first
- Cyanoacrylate allergy · we do a prior patch test if you're unsure
- Recent eye surgery (less than 3 months)
- Active oncology treatment · check with your doctor first
- Very weakened natural lashes · better to recover them before adding weight

Care timeline
- First 24 h No water
Don't wet your eyes or use steam. The adhesive finishes curing.
- Days 2–7 Brush daily
Gentle brushing in the morning and dry eyes after showering.
- Weeks 1–3 Natural shedding
You lose 2–4 extensions a day with your natural cycle. That's normal.
- Week 2–3 Fill
We replace shed extensions and the set is complete again.
- Always No mascara
Extensions don't need it and removing it damages them.
With daily brushing and a fill every 2–3 weeks, the set lasts indefinitely.
What to avoid the first days
· Wetting your eyes the first 24 hours.
· Sauna, steam and heavy sweating the first 48 hours.
· Mascara and oil-based makeup removers.
· Rubbing your eyes or sleeping face down.
· Mechanical curlers on the extensions.

Extension questions
Do they damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied properly. Each extension goes on a single isolated natural lash, with the right weight for it. Your growth cycle stays intact.
How long does a set last?
A full set looks perfect for 2–3 weeks; with regular fills you keep it indefinitely. Without fills, few extensions remain by weeks 4–5.
Can I shower and swim?
Yes, after the first 24 hours. Just avoid rubbing and pat dry gently. Pool and beach are fine with brushing afterwards.
Which style should I pick?
Classic: one extension per lash, a natural mascara effect. Hybrid: mixed with soft fans for more density. Volume: light fans across the line. Mega Volume: maximum density and drama. All take 2 h and are decided at the consultation based on your natural lashes.
What if I skip the fill?
After 4 weeks few extensions remain and you need a new set instead of a fill.
